IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorised by the IBA and has received mandates from 20 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees (MT) posts twice in a year for their requirements.
VIth (6th) Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the IBPS as a per-requisites for selection of personnel for Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees posts in the following 20 Public Sector Bank. Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations as a Probationary Officer (PO) / Management Trainee (MT) or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE PO/MT-VI).

- Age : 20-30 years as on 01/07/2016, age relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/ PWDs/ Ex.-SM
- Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
- Indicative Vacancies of PO/MT : 8822 posts (UR-4500, OBC-2319, SC-1338, ST-665) (PH-369) in various PSU Banks
