National Institute of Technology (NIT) Manipur at Imphal  is an Institute of National Importance offering UG, PG and Ph.D programmes in Engineering and Sciences. Applications are invited for the recruitment of  following full time sarkari naukri vacancy faculty positions in the departments/centres of Civil, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Central Instrumentation Facilities (CIF) from Indian Nationals possessing consistently good academic record, with commitment to quality teaching and potential for conduct of research. :

1. Professor / Professor(HAG) : 08 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 10500 /  Rs. 67000 - 79000/
2. Associate Professor : 14 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 9500/-
3. Assistant Professor :  posts to be filled up against resultant vacancy of Professor & Associate Professor. Not more than 50% of posts of Professors and Associate Professors may be filled up by Assistant professors if these posts are not filled up. Interview for Prof and Assoc. Prof will be conducted first., Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-3910 AGP Rs. 6000 / 7000 / 8000 

Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- for General/ OBC category and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PWD in favour of Director, NIT Manipur payable at State Bank of India, Secretariat Branch, Imphal as mentioned in the Application Form.
