IIT Jammu invites applications from well qualified Indian Nationals, Persons of Indian Origins  (PIOs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Foreign Nationals having passion for teaching and research for the following faculty positions at the level of Associate Professor, Assistant Professor (Grade I) and Assistant Professor (Grade II) and Visiting Professor in the various disciplines/departments  :

Faculty Positions

1. Professor in the pay scale of  Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs. 10500
2. Associate Professor  in the pay scale of  Rs.37400-6700 grade pay Rs. 9500
3. Assistant Professor  in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 8000  

• Chemical Engg., Chemistry, Civil Engg., Computer Science & Engg., Electrical Engg., Humanities & Social Science, Material Science & Engg., Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering and Physics
