National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR) is country’s apex organization for training and research on rural development. Institute broadly follows UGC pay scales for academic positions. NIRD&PR invites applications in prescribed format for the following faculty posts on direct/deputation recruitment  :

Faculty vacancy :

1. Professors : 16 posts (14 posts on Direct basis (UR-8, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1), 02 posts on Deputation), Pay Scale : Rs. 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 10000
2. Associate Professors : 17 posts (13 posts on Direct basis (UR-9, OBC-2, SC-2), 04 posts on Deputation), Pay Scale : Rs. 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 9000
3. Assistant Professors : 16 posts (07 posts on Direct basis (UR-5, OBC-1, ST-1), 09 posts on Deputation), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600 - 39100 grade pay Rs. 6000
