1. Professor in Level-14A (under 7 Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs. 159100/-
2.  Associate Professor in Level-13A2 (under 7 Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs. 139600/-
3.  Assistant Professor Grade-I in Level-12 (under 7 Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs. 101500/-
4.  Assistant Professor Grade-II in Level-10 (under 7 Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs. 70900/-
5. Visiting Faculty On Contract (in the area of OB & HR only) Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 88000/- per month. The term of contract will be initially for a period of 1 (one) year only
6. Professor (on re-employment) For Retired Professors (upto 70 years of age) from IITs, IIMs, NITIE, IISc Bangalore & IISERs in Level-14A (under 7 Pay Commission). Fixation of pay as per Govt. of India Rules
